We Make a Difference
Welcome to Literacy Volunteers! We are here to help you learn to read or learn to speak, read, and write in English. Literacy Volunteers of Burlington County (LVBC) is a non-profit organization established in 1982. The central purpose and role of LVBC is to increase the basic literacy skills for adults.
What Literacy Volunteers of Burlington County does:
- Trains volunteers to be tutors
- Matches volunteers with literacy-needy adults
- Provides continuous support for tutor-student matches
- Reaches out to the Burlington County community to ensure everyone understands the vital importance of literacy
